These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can use this website and place orders. By ordering goods from Carmel’s Of London you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use the website. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.

Payment

Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards and PayPal Payment is taken at the time we receive your order. All prices include VAT.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a carrier nominated by Carmel’s Of London whilst every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery Carmel’s Of London shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Title to the goods you have ordered shall pass to you on delivery of the order

Specification

Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure accuracy, sizes, measurements, description of colour etc. are approximate. In particular, the colour of natural materials such as stones may vary. Rings are supplied within a tolerance of + / - 2 Metric sizes (equivalent to 1 Imperial size).
