Delivery

Free standard Delivery on orders over £60

Standard delivery - £3.95
Your items should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. However, delivery may take up to 10 working days in case of any delays. We'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way. If you have not received your items within 10 working days - drop us an email.

Express delivery - £6.95 - For orders received before 1pm.
This option is available on orders we receive before 1pm and delivery is usually the next business day. Please note that orders placed before 1pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Express orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not be delivered until Tuesday.

Overseas delivery - £8.00 (Europe) and £12.00 (rest of the world)

Deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. Deliveries to non-EU countries will have VAT deducted. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that White Stuff are not liable for. Delivery to EU countries may take up to 15 working days. Delivery to any other country may take up to 21 working days.

A signature is required on delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for your goods. Sometimes we send your order on more than one delivery due to stock availability - but we'll still only charge you the once. Please note that orders placed before 1pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
